Mel Gibson is a popular Australian actor, producer and director who was the first person named ‘Sexiest Man Alive’ by People Magazine. His acting career began in Australia and took off with the cult classic “Mad Max” in 1979 and about 5 years later he decided pursued a career in the United States. It wasn’t long before he was a genuine star and one of the highest paid actors in the industry. In 1996 he won 2 Oscars for his work on the film “Braveheart”.
