Best Chicken Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken, cut into small pieces
- 2 sliced onions
- 5 cardamom pods
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 5 cloves of garlic, cut into half
- 1 cube of chicken stock
- 3-4 whole black peppercorn(s)
- Salt
- 1 Lime
- Fry the chicken and the onions in a pan until the onions are slightly brown.
- Put the chicken, onions, cardamon pods, cinnamon, garlic, chicken stock, salt and peppercorns into a large pot.
- Add water, bring the mix to the boil, and then let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Strain the soup and serve as a broth. Add a squeeze of lime juice for extra flavor.
- You can fry the leftover chicken pieces and serve them as well!
- You can serve the soup with some cheese and/or bread.
- Play around with the amounts of ingredients to get a taste that you love!
