Delicious Chicken Soup Recipe


Here is a fantastic chicken soup recipe. It is wheat free, dairy free, nut free and egg free! I hope this chicken soup will be the best you’ve ever had!
Best Chicken Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
  • 1 chicken, cut into small pieces
  • 2 sliced onions
  • 5 cardamom pods
  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • 5 cloves of garlic, cut into half
  • 1 cube of chicken stock
  • 3-4 whole black peppercorn(s)
  • Salt
  • 1 Lime
Method:
  1. Fry the chicken and the onions in a pan until the onions are slightly brown.
  2. Put the chicken, onions, cardamon pods, cinnamon, garlic, chicken stock, salt and peppercorns into a large pot.
  3. Add water, bring the mix to the boil, and then let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
  4. Strain the soup and serve as a broth. Add a squeeze of lime juice for extra flavor.
Other Suggestions:
  • You can fry the leftover chicken pieces and serve them as well!
  • You can serve the soup with some cheese and/or bread.
  • Play around with the amounts of ingredients to get a taste that you love!
